Meet our Transition Team

Our Transition Team is here to provide students and their families with all the information, care and support they need to make a smooth transition to St Albans Secondary College.

Marlene Cassar is the Transition Coordinator and is responsible for developing and coordinating the transition programs and processes for Grade 6 students and their families as they transition into the College to Year 7.

Tara Fuhrmeister is the Assistant Transition Coordinator and works closely with under the guidance of the Transition Coordinator to develop and coordinate the Transition Program for Grade 6 students and their families as they transition into the College to Year 7.
