Keilor Division Junior Badminton Tournament

We are delighted to share the fantastic news of our junior badminton teams’ outstanding performance at the recent Keilor Division Junior Badminton Tournament that happened on Thursday 16 May, 2024! Our young athletes displayed exceptional skills, determination, and sportsmanship, making us all incredibly proud.

Tournament Highlights:

• Congratulations to all of our Year 7 Boys/Girls teams, and Year 8 Boys/Girls teams who represented the school in a very competitive tournament at Altona Badminton Centre on Thursday 16 May, 2024. All of our team members displayed great teamwork, sportsmanship and perseverance throughout the day.
• Although our Year 7 Boys team and the Year 8 Girls team did not manage to come first in the tournament, they were all remarkable while competing with other schools. Our students showed their skills, determination and their support of each other throughout the matches and throughout the day. It was a great joy to witness their positive characteristics outside the academic performance.
• Our Year 7 Girls team and our Year 8 Boys team demonstrated their determination, skills and great attitude throughout the day and convincingly secured the victory against the other schools in the Keilor Division.
• The Year 8 Boys and the Year 7 Girls teams will be representing our school to participate in the Western Metropolitan Secondary Badminton tournament at Altona Badminton Centre on Wednesday 26 June, 2024 and Thursday 27 June, 2024.
• Our students have been training regularly and been working effectively in their team to prepare for the upcoming tournament. They have always displayed their strategic gameplay and perseverance that were truly inspiring. We wish them all the best in their upcoming tournament.
