Hey folks,
Lucy, a 2016 graduate, contributed to our first ever Y10 pathways panel back in 2022 and in 2023 she worked closely with our Y9 SEAL students as part of her science research review.
What an incredible achievement and well-deserved recognition.
On another note, two other alumni, Robiel Abraham who attended SASC in 2012 and Jason Nguyen ’21, have both recently received invitations to study a Doctor of Medicine – SASC grads are kicking goals!!
The alumni bush telegraph (LinkedIn) has been buzzing in recent times, with this big news from Janki Kharel ’18 amongst the noise.
Janaki presented as part of our ‘Careers in Construction’ session for the Y10s on-site work experience program back in 2022.

As the Year 12 students prepared to spread their wings and fly beyond the school gates, St Albans Connect continued the tradition of the Green Gift Initiative which marked their graduation and thanked them for their commitment to our community.
More than just a lovely piece of greenery, the plants are a living symbol of our hope that the students will remain rooted in the St Albans community, even as they venture out into the world.
These gifts are also a sincere token of appreciation for their valuable participation in the alumni sessions throughout their time at school. Their input and presence have enriched the program, and we’re so grateful for their engagement.
As they move on to the next chapter, we encourage them to join the St Albans Connect network by offering them an opportunity to share their experiences and inspire the next generation of students. We have already had many registrations, and we look forward to seeing the incredible things they’ll achieve and witnessing all the ways they’ll continue to grow.
