School Saving Bonus Reminder
Parents and Guardians are reminded that the allocation of the one off $400 School Saving Bonus payment is well underway. The SSB helps families cover the cost of uniforms, textbooks, excursions and camps and is provided to each child in the family enrolled at a government school.
Parents have had access to the SSB portal since November 2024 and have been able to nominate how the funds can be used.
This reminder is for those that have not accessed the SSB portal yet. Please check your email for communication from the Department of Education dating back to November 2024 (including SPAM folders). This email will provide you with a code/s (one code per student) and instructions on how to use the funds.
The SSB portal will not be available after 30 June 2025. Any funds remaining in the system after this date will go to the family account at the school to be used for school excursions and camps only.

Recent Enrolments or Transfers
If you have only recently completed your enrolment into the Victorian government school system you can expect to receive your SSB code(s) in the coming weeks.
If you have transferred to our school from another Victorian government school, any remaining funds on your SSB code(s) will soon be available to use at our school. You are advised to check your emails for further communication from the Department of Education.
