Student Leadership Program

Multicultural Day

During Multicultural Day, the SRC ran a polaroid photobooth to raise money for future student-led projects and spread awareness of the SRC. We were able to capture precious memories of students and their peers, embracing their heritage and coming together to share their culture.

In preparation for the event, the committee worked with determination; to advocate for a full day in multicultural clothing and to make the day enjoyable for everyone.

On behalf of the SRC, we would like to thank the Principal Class Team who acknowledged this proposal and put it into action; especially Ms D’Elton who made sure the day ran smoothly. We extend our appreciation to the Coordinators, Ms Sarah, Ms Dee and Ms Tracy, for their efforts in distributing the wristbands.

This event marks an important milestone, highlighting the team’s collaborative efforts in representing the student body. We look forward to advocating for more student-led initiatives in the future, aiming to make 2026 a memorable year for our school community. Feel free to reach out to your year level SRC or the Year 12 College Leadership Team with your ideas and suggestions. We would love to hear from you!

Year 11 & 12 Soccer Challenge

Right from the get-go, we knew we were ready for a glorious victory. In the lead-up to the match, we held training sessions where the Year 12 team showed up with enthusiasm and were eager to put in the work. As the Labubu Central’s managers, we were glad to see everyone locked in, full of excitement and confident with their positions on the field.

Throughout the organising process, we focused on building rotations with strong chemistry and offensive power to create what we collectively deemed as our “Ultimate Line-up”.

Before kick-off, the message for the team was plain and simple: win. And that’s exactly what unfolded. From the start, we controlled the flow of the game. Strong defence, quick passing, and everyone doing their job. It was great to see that everything we practised had come together. Despite the formidable battle the Year 11 team displayed, we continued to showcase intense pressure which fundamentally led to a sensational 20-6 triumph.

Overall, we would like to attribute our success to everyone involved: from the Year 12 College Leadership Team & SSS SRC working behind the scenes to make event happen, the Senior Sub School for their guidance & support, Mr Jason Price for refereeing the match, the cheerleading squad for bringing the energy, Ms Le & Mr. Nguyen for supervising the training sessions, the players for an amazing performance, and the Year 12 cohort for their support.
