St Albans Secondary College scoops fashion awards
DESIGN BY LANUOLA TIMOTEO OF YEAR 11
St Albans Secondary College design students know how to turn a head or two.
The school stole the show at last week’s Fashion Awards Australia, taking out the school cup for their daring designs, including this dress and matching feathered head gear.
It’s the fifth year the school has won the top gong.
Teacher Michael Bowden said the fashion awards gave students great hands-on experience.
“This is a fantastic competition; it’s such a great experience for the kids,” Mr Bowden said.
“The entries are amazing.”
