St Albans Secondary College is passionate about the community that makes SASC such a vibrant campus. We embrace our relationships with students, alumni, teachers, parents, and our neighbors in the wider St Albans population. Our Alumni Association in particular is very active and well patronised. Many former students and teachers either volunteer or work at the College because their previous experiences here make them want to stay involved and to contribute to the development of the students.
Within the College, we offer a rich tapestry of academic and co-curricular activities, which makes for a lively and invigorating campus and college community. Depending on their individual interests, students are able to take part in activities such as the annual College Musical Appreciation Club (MAC), and lunchtime activities and clubs. The College also offers exciting outdoor activities such as the Strathbogie Camp and Alpine Snowy River Program.
SASC also has strong links to the wider local community and industry, providing students with opportunities to be involved in community activities and to find work experience and skill development.
We encourage students to cultivate a sense of belonging and respect everyone in our community.
